No Longer Silent

It has been a very interesting last few weeks. For whatever reason, I can no longer get a video stream of the Fox News Channel shows I want to watch, and listing to the Fox News Quad-cast version of Hannity and Beck is better than nothing, but I miss a bunch without the video stream.
Anyway...
I have always admired Gandhi, and all that I knew about Martin Luther King was that schools, parks and streets were being re-named for him, and he was assassinated. I fear that I am like far too many others in that ignorance. I'm working to change that.
The concepts presented in Dr. Sueses "I Can Read With My Eyes Shut" are ringing strongly in my heart right now. If you have not read it lately, I highly recommend you check it out.

"The Government Can"

I have been talking about setting up a blog for myself for a couple months now. Today I finally did it! Now if only I can figure out how to link this to my Facebook and Twitter accounts. I've already tied in YouTube.

OH, What will I do if the Internet Fairness Doctrine goes through?

I would really like to do some good old fashioned ranting and raving, but I know it would be unproductive. It would also be a waste of time.

I fell in the hole for the water meter again yesterday so my left hand is in a brace....AGAIN, and I have a good sized gash on the front of my right shin along with a really good bruise. One of these days the city will actually fix the thing so no one else gets hurt because of it.

I'm adding a link here to Tim Hawkins "The Government Can"
This is another gem that makes me smile while being so sadly true.
